How to Register: A 2-Step Process

There are 2 simple steps to registering for your retreat: First select your accommodations package (above) and make either a deposit or full payment via PayPal. Second, after selecting your accommodations and making a deposit/payment, please complete a corresponding registration form with your personalized retreat information.

 

Payment Schedule and Cancellation Policy

Early Bird Special rates apply until February 14, 2020. Regular registration rate goes into effect for any registrations on or after Saturday, February 15, 2020. A 50% deposit of full payment is due upon registration. Payment in full is due no later than Thursday, April 30, 2020.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy is enforced. If you cancel your reservation for the Solstice Chakra Reset on or before April 12, 2020, you will forfeit $500 of your deposit or the amount you have tendered for a deposit (whichever is higher). The remainder of your payment will be refunded to you. If you cancel your reservation for the Solstice Chakra Reset after April 13, 2020, you will forfeit $500 of your payment and be charged an additional $150 cancellation fee PER PERSON.
